On Thursday 26 November 2026, at 8:45 pm, the Centro Culturale TE:Ze in Bentivoglio, at via Berlinguer 7, hosts the evening "A red thread: from protection measures to prevention policies", on the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. The talk focuses on the effects of the red code and the new crime of femicide, with magistrate Marco Imperato, public prosecutor at the Bologna Prosecutor's Office, and Sara Nizza, author of the paper "From the honour cause to the crime of femicide". Samanta Picciaiola and Daniela Guercio of Falling Book speak on consent and education to differences. The evening alternates words and music by Donatella Allegro and Daniele Branchini, hosted by Martina Fabbri, city councillor. The photographic exhibition "DOPO" is also set up, born from an idea by Silva Gr. to tell what it means to continue to exist after suffering violence. The initiative is organised by the Comune di Bentivoglio in collaboration with CGIL SPI Bologna and Il Mulino, with free admission.
