The literary competition 'Franca Oberti' invites submissions of poetic works using the caviardage technique on the theme of life in the mountains. The award ceremony will be held on October 24, 2026 at 2:00 PM in Piazza Severino Balletti in Corte Brugnatella, with a special guest. The initiative is supported by Fondazione di Piacenza and Vigevano Youthbank, Eureka Cooperativa Sociale and Ddo Loco Madaglia.
