Free meeting for parents to find a balance between technology and daily life. Psychologist Michele Piga will guide participants in a reflection on the "Digital Diet", offering insights to manage the relationship with screens and devices in real life. The event is part of the Open Lab series and takes place in a small group to encourage dialogue. Habits, limits and good practices for a more conscious use of technology will be discussed.
