Back in Guastalla for the second edition of the Palii di Santa Caterina, the culinary competition organized by the Pro Loco of Guastalla during the Fiera di Santa Caterina. The challenge features two specialties: the Palio del Cappelletto fatto in Casa, now in its second edition, and the debut of the Palio dell'Erbazzone Reggiano. Participants compete in preparing these dishes following strict traditional recipes, to enhance the local gastronomic culture. Registration is free and open to all until October 15, 2026.
