La cerimonia avrà forma statica (senza corteo) con schieramento presso l'area parcheggio di Via della Resistenza adiacente al campo da tennis, dalle ore 09:00 alle ore 11:30. Per l'occasione, l'area parcheggio sarà chiusa al traffico e vietata alla sosta con rimozione forzata.
