L'edizione 2026, dal titolo 'Incontri. La cucina italiana senza confini', coinvolge numerosi ristoratori e attività commerciali che propongono menu a tema e fuorimenu. L'iniziativa è riconosciuta a livello locale e turistico, ed è inserita nel programma di promozione turistica della Destinazione turistica Bologna metropolitana.
