Fifty years after the death of Tito Balestra, poet, writer and art collector, the Foundation dedicated to him opens the celebrations with a first event on Saturday 14 November 2026 in the Sala dell'Arengo of the Malatestiano Castle in Longiano. The meeting, organized by the Fondazione Tito Balestra, presents three volumes born from an in-depth archival work, bringing to light unpublished poems, stories and articles by Balestra. The curators Barbara Menghi Sartorio and Stefano Vitali, the art historian Giuseppe Appella, the poet Roberto Deidier and the librarian Brunella Garavini will speak. An opportunity to rediscover the figure of a multifaceted intellectual, starting from his papers and his rediscovered writings.
