2° Memorial Giancarlo Siani - Gara Ciclistica
- Race
Strade comunali di Maranello
The second edition of the Memorial Giancarlo Siani returns, an amateur cycling race reserved for licensed riders that combines sport and civic commitment. The event, organized by the Associazione Formigine Partenopea APS with the patronage of the Municipality of Maranello, is dedicated to the young Neapolitan journalist killed by the Camorra in 1985, with the motto "Our hope of being able to continue dreaming." The route develops on a 6.1 km circuit to be repeated several times along the municipal roads of Maranello. The starts are staggered by category, from the most experienced amateur cyclists to the Elite, with awards for the top finishers in each category. A heartfelt appointment for two-wheel enthusiasts and for those who want to remember a symbolic figure in the fight against organized crime.
