The Municipality of Massa Lombarda, in collaboration with the association Professione Medica Insalute APS/ETS, promotes the series of meetings "Let's talk about my health" dedicated to the respiratory system and the prevention of acute and chronic diseases. Four appointments open to the public at the Centro di Quartiere Fruges. The meetings are held every Thursday in November, from 8 to 9 pm. Each evening features a different speaker: we talk about how we breathe and the composition of air, lung function and the damage of pollution, cough, asthma and chronic bronchitis, the correct use of medications and devices for respiratory therapies, and finally the diaphragm and chest muscles. The goal of the series is to spread healthy lifestyles to prevent or manage respiratory diseases. For information, you can contact the association's secretariat or the Municipality's URP.
