The Cibo come Cultura series returns to the Biblioteca Comunale Antonio Baldini in Santarcangelo di Romagna, now in its 19th edition: three evenings of readings, conversations and small tastings, with guests who talk about food through history, literature and taste. It begins on Thursday 12 November with Massimo Montanari, food historian, presenting one of his books; it continues on Friday 20 November with Alberto Grandi and on Thursday 26 November with Giovanni Solaroli.
