From 31 October 2026 to 10 April 2027, the Teatro Moderno di Savignano sul Rubicone hosts the new theatre season, a programme alternating spoken-word and narrative theatre, traditional theatre and cabaret. The opening, on 31 October, features a show inspired by Domenico Modugno. The theatre remains a significant place for the community: its history is tied to the reconstruction of Savignano in the post-war period, after the then municipal theatre was bombed. A piece of this memory is preserved in the exhibition of photographs by Fabio Galassi, set up in the photo library, portraying forty years of seasons at the Moderno. The season is promoted by the culture office of the Comune di Savignano sul Rubicone, by Sillaba Teatro Parola and by the Parrocchia di Savignano sul Rubicone.
