The thirteenth edition of Insolito Festival returns to Parma, a performing arts festival conceived and curated by Micro Macro ETS. From September 1 to October 31, 2026, the city and its surroundings host a widespread program blending contemporary theater, performance, dance, and puppet theater, with shows, meetings, and workshops. The events unfold across various city spaces: from Largo Otto Marzo to the Public Park of Villa Parma, from Arena dei Poeti Parmigiani to Lenz Teatro, and to more intimate venues like Manzini Off and Sala Civica Bizzozero, offering a varied itinerary of original creations and guest performances.
Theatre Season 2026/2027 - Teatro Giuseppe Verdi
Fiorenzuola d'Arda (PC)
The Teatro Giuseppe Verdi in Fiorenzuola d'Arda presents the 2026/2027 Theatre Season, a rich programme of drama, concerts and film screenings. The season opens on Sunday 20 September 2026 with the free preview 'Adelchi', a one-act play for two voices with the Orchestra Farnesiana and the Montegiogo Choir. The programme continues with over twenty events, including 'De profundis' by Oscar Wilde, 'Traviata concert', 'Don Chisciotte', 'Delitto e Castigo', 'Non si sa come' by Pirandello, 'Senza fine' a tribute to Ornella Vanoni, and many more. There will also be special evenings such as a meeting with Kim Rossi Stuart (19 November 2026) and a free screening of the film 'Novecento' in its restored full version (16 March 2027). In collaboration with the music school of Fiorenzuola d'Arda, three free concerts outside the subscription: 'Norberto is only sleeping' (6 March 2027), 'Le regine del pop...e non solo' (20 March 2027) and 'Arc Nouveau' (24 April 2027).
La Corazza di Teodorico - Un mistero ravennate

A theatrical reading inspired by the daring theft of the precious breastplate of the king of the Goths, curated by the Accademia del Melo Silvestre association. Carlo Lucarelli and Raffaello Bellavista will give voice to "La Corazza di Teodorico – Un mistero ravennate", on Tuesday, 22 September 2026 at 9:00 PM in the Sala Corelli of the Teatro Alighieri. The initiative is part of the celebrations for the 1500th anniversary of Theoderic's death.
