The events unfold across various city spaces: from Largo Otto Marzo to the Public Park of Villa Parma, from Arena dei Poeti Parmigiani to Lenz Teatro, and to more intimate venues like Manzini Off and Sala Civica Bizzozero, offering a varied itinerary of original creations and guest performances.

Suono, Pittura, Tempo

The series "Suono, Pittura, Tempo" celebrates in Parma the centenary of the birth of Morton Feldman, one of the most influential American composers of the 20th century. The cycle consists of four concerts and four lectures, between September and December 2026, exploring his sound universe of silence, extended durations and subtle variations, putting music in dialogue with visual arts and a different perception of time. The program opens on September 4 with a concert by Irvine Arditti, a world-renowned violinist and leading interpreter of contemporary repertoire. The following events take place on October 3, November 18 and December 5, alternating between the Sala dei Concerti and the Auditorium of Casa della Musica. The initiative is realized by the Fondazione Prometeo in collaboration with the Municipality of Parma.

Food Culture - Food Couture

From September 4 to November 4, 2026, the Laboratorio Aperto in Parma hosts "Food Culture - Food Couture", a site-specific exhibition exploring the dialogue between cuisine and fashion, two pillars of Made in Italy. The exhibition connects Parma, capital of the Food Valley, with Como, city of silk and high fashion, through installations, garments and objects that tell the affinities and contrasts between the two worlds.
